2/16/10 - Hi, Champ here. I haven't sent in an update in a long time because I have been very busy growing. I am 11 months old now and am the biggest dog in the house. I love to run and play, but sometimes I forget how long my legs are and I trip over them.
My foster mom says I have changed a lot in the months I have been here. She used to call me dignified, but now she says I am cuddly and silly. I guess those are good things because she smiles when she says it. When I want her to laugh, I give her what she calls Eskimo kisses. I just bump her with my nose until she pays attention to me. Sometimes I have to climb in her lap and lay down to get my share of the love because there are three other dogs in the house. I really like to snuggle up in peoples necks and nudge them with my nose. This always gets their attention.
Well I should probably tell everyone what I want in a forever family. First, I want to be loved. That is the most important thing. I want someone to pick me and bring me home so I can be part of my very own family. I have never had that. Second, I would love another dog in the house to play with, but if you are my family and you don't have another dog I could get used to getting all the love. The third thing is my foster mom's idea. She says I would do great in a home with kids to play with, but maybe not small children unless they are used to being around big clod hoppers, whatever that means. I think if you can love me come get me and we can work out the rest. I have been waiting a really long time, but foster mom says that just means I will get an extra special family. Enough already! I want to go home.

- Hi My name is Champ and I have decided if I want a forever home I will have to tell you about myself...well...myself! My foster mom keeps saying she will type something up, but it has been two months and I am still waiting. I want a home of my own!!! Today was the last straw!!! A very nice family came to the house and took my brother, Charlie, home with them. Now I want a home too!!
So here it goes- what should I tell you about me?? I love to play. I really like the other dogs here. We play and roll around. I love to go for runs in the woods and wade in the pond. My foster mom says I can swim but I don't dare. I like to stay where I can touch the bottom. So far I have loved everyone I have met. My foster mom say I have a lot of dignity for a puppy- but I don't know what that means. My foster grandpa says I have a lot of ambition and I am very confident but I  don't really know what that means either. Oh well, maybe it just means I'm the BEST!!!!
My foster mom say I should tell you what I want in a home. I would love a home with other dogs, but I might also really like it if I was the only dog so I got all the attention (hee hee). I think it would be neat if there were kids in my new home, but if you don't have kids that is OK too. If you have a big fenced yard I would have
so much fun running around, but if you don't, I think it might be fun if you took me for walks. (again, all the attention on me? huh? get it?)
I guess the only thing I really want in a forever home is someone who will love me. My foster mom says I am a great dog and I would fit in anywhere. So if you are my family  please come get me soon!! I dream about you every night and I know we are going to have so much fun together!!!!

7/6/09 - Are you looking for a fun little friend to share a lifetime with? Then one of these pups might be for you. Champ is the largest of the three and seems to be the leader. He love to play with other dogs and run around outside. Charlie is the clown of the group and a bit of a thief. he will steal shoes or the tv remote any chance he gets. Casey is the little girl. She is the most shy of the three but she is gainning confidence every day. She loves to climb into my lap and give kisses while here brothers rough house.
