UPDATE 11/7/10 - I'm a little late with my update, but here it is.  I love my new family, especially Angus my big brother.  I am still working on potty training and am getting much better.  I am learning to ring a bell everytime I need to go outside.  I do have to say that I am getting pretty darn good at it but sometimes I do forget when I have to go REALLY bad!  I love sleeping in my crate.  I go right in whenever one of my humans says the word "crate" and I always go in there for my naps.  I do have to say that I am a pretty smart pup.
I am all done with going to the vet for awhile.  They said I have all my shots and won't be back until I need another check up.  I don't mind going there because I get to see my friend Dr Brian and I get to meet a bunch of new friends there as well.  At my last appointment I weighed in at 35lbs.  I'm getting quite big!!  Thanks for finding me my forever home!
Love, Brutus formerly Trucker

UPDATE 9/19/10 - Brutus, formerly Trucker, is adjusting just fine to his new home.  Him and his new brother Angus are best friends and inseperable.  He has come out of his shell with our family but is still alittle shy when he meets new people.  Once he starts to play and cuddle though, he warms up pretty quickly!  We just love him and he loves to cuddle and play with both of our children.
Brutus had a vet visit on Monday and the doc says he is a perfectly healthy puppy.  He had to get two shots, and according to our vet, he is going to be a big boy!  He weighed in at 23lbs at our visit and they estimate he'll be around 80 to 100lbs when he is done growing!
We're still working on going to the bathroom outside, but he is a smart little puppy and will hopefully get the hang of it soon.  He did, however, learn how to sit on command in less then a day!!  He loves to play with all of his toys that we got him but his favorite "toy" is his big brother Angus!  He can't wrestle with him enough and just does not want to leave his side.
Thank you so much for all that you do for boxers in need.  We are so lucky and fortunate to have found your organzition that gave us our little Brutus.  We know he is going to be such a wonderful dog and we couldn't love him enough!!

9/12/10 - I was adopted today!

9/2/10 - Introducting Trucker, Tracker and Tanker :) three ten week old male white babies who are biological siblings :)  They were born on 6/12/10.  They are all white, except for Trucker who has a fawn tail. Just the top of his tail is fawn and it's darned adorable!
Oh my goodness, these guys are just the cutest, sweetest, most lovable little sweethearts ever!   They arrived here in NJ yesterday and at first, they were a little scared, poor babies-a little hesitant and a bit reserved. They had a nice bath outside in the pool and that seemed to help them to settle in and feel more comfortable. They had some dinner-which they seemed to really enjoy, they did what puppies do after they eat, they had a good nap.  Later last evening, they went outside again and romped around getting the lay of the land, had some more food, and sacked out for the night. I have had a lot of puppies in my care along the way and I was absolutely thrilled that they slept all night without a peep and woke up with a clean crate! Right outside this morning and lots of watering the lawn lol before a good breakfast. LOTS of poop, inside and outside, LOTS of playing and LOTS of napping. I am now seeing their personalities begin to emerge and they are loving all the toys and the freedom of having lots of space to run around in.
*Note- Because I'm a puppy, I'll need someone who is home most of the time- stay-home, work at home, retired.
