| 6/26/10 - I was adopted today! 6/23/10 - Hey folks, we have a real, wiggle butt Boxer baby here. She is sweet, loving, listens pretty well for a youngster. She is out with my dogs. has learned her place ( with a few corrections from Uncle Sully and Aunt Sadie). She has met my neighbor Richie and has been exactly what you expect a young Boxer to be. Just happy, happy, happy. We are trying to put a few pounds on her and she is healing well from her spay. She is fully, crate and house trained. We switched her foster home on Monday. We felt that THE SQUISHMIESTER would do a little better in a low key setting. Her former foster's home was very active young children etc. She was showing signs of stress.. grumbling etc. She is now in a very LOW KEY setting and is just beaming. I have not had once grumble from her...... she has been such an easy keeper. I grab her jowels , kiss her face, give her full body hugs.... no issues :) She is here only a few days but I am not anticipating any issues. If you home is similar too mine,please consider adding this girl to your life :) 6/22/10 - Squishy has arrived at her permanent foster home. Big thanks to the young woman who drove her. They had no A/C and both of them looked a tad peckish upon arrival. Squishy is cooling down in the AC with a bowl of water...... more to come later. I told Squishy she will never be over heated at Aunt Liz's. We keep it meat locker temp in here. 6/7/10 -Well Squishy arrived on Saturday afternoon. She is sweet. She has a face that you just want to squish and smooch. We found out right away that she is not real fond of cats. May just have to get used to them as we don't know if she has ever been around cats. She is a very energetic and lovable dog. She seems to be settling in okay. She has been playing with the resident dogs. Will have more information for the top box as I receive it. |
