| 7/23/10 - Sal here. I just got back from the vet. The doc says I am completely over the kennel cough. She says I look HANDSOME! She has good taste. My throat and Larynx are really sore from all the coughing and the medicine, but a little Robitussan and some love from Penny, I'll be fine. Did I mention, the doc called me HANDSOME? I so am. Now that I've been let out of quarantine, I have met all the resident dogs. They are all very nice. Though LuLu is a prima donna. She thinks she owns Penny. I love to sit at Penny's feet while she is in her studio working. When everyone is out, I get to have the run of the house. I'm such a good boy. I don't chew. I don't get into things. I don't mess the house. Penny trusts me the most of any of the other dogs. (psst. They all have to be crated). LOLOLOL. WOOHOO. I like to sit with my head on Penny or Gregs knee. I love when they pet my head and rub me behind the ears. I LOVE to sit outside in the sun or lay in the cool grass. I don't like the pool much. Hank is the swimmer. The only thing I don't like to do is go up the hardwood steps and I don't like jumping up into the car. Not sure why, I just don't. I really want to find someone who wants a great companion. You won't be disappointed. I promise. Cross my Heart (if I could do that without falling over) LOLOL. Did I mention I look HANDSOME? I do you know. 7/18/10 - Sal arrived yesterday. Thank you Roz and Dick!!! Sal is a soon to be 5 yr old male. He is a purebred. He is quiet, sweet, and not feeling to well. The report I received says he was infested with ticks and he has Kennel Cough. The dock at Noah's Ark gave him medicine and hopefully he will be feeling better soon. He his happy and friendly, but I think he is a little scared also. 3 resident dogs want to say hi, but can't. Sal is a love. He likes to be pet and receive lots of affection. |
