8/6/10 - Phillip has been doing really well here.  He is friendly to everyone and everything lol and very charming.  Everyone who meets the little guy just loves him!  He is very hard to resist-all wiggles and kisses, all the time.
It's been very hot here in NJ, so we go out reallyyyyyyyyy early in the mornings to get some exercise and Phillip runs and runs in the yard-and then, crashes next to me!  He seems to really like lying in the grass and I have to tempt him with a treat to come indoors as the sun comes up and it starts to get too hot out there.
Phillip is ready for his very own new home.  He would be very happy to have a doggie friend and some kids to play with.
Don't wait too long.  This little guy is not going to be here for too long!

8/1/10 -
Phillip arrived yesterday and he is as sweet as he could possibly be!  He is 8 months old and very well-behaved for a boy so young. So far he is full of wiggles at my dogs across the fence and through the crates and loves all people.  My great-niece flew in from Florida today and he thinks she is pretty darned cool. Seems a bit smitten with her.
Phillip has those typical gangly long legs of a young guy and can run like the wind in the yard.  He is so much fun to watch.  At first, he was hesitant and spent a lot of time sniffing every blade of grass out there, but then, the boxer burn switch turned on and off he went!  The older folks around here just sort of stand and watch the youngin' having a grand time and then, they go have a nap lol  I think just watching makes them tired!
More to come as we get to know this little boy.
