| UPDATE 6/30/10 - Time is going soooo fast.We made it through the month without going to the vets. (yea) Well he has the invisable fence down to a science.Loves to go out his doggie door and run with sister Lucy.We visit friends and family and loves to ride.He fits in so well and is a very happy dog.I tell him every day he will never be hungry again.He is LOVED! UPDATE 5/31/10 - Well we are done with doggy school.the last night they had a game musical chairs you had to make the dog sit and stay then get the chair first.we were the last one standing and got the prize.( I was very proud ) We had to go back to the vet.little black fly's like his white skin.He is all better now.Loves to go in the car and truck.Loves the warm weather.He is really doing great.He is a people dog,even friends that don't care for dogs love him.Have a great summer talk again in the fall. UPDATE 4/29/10 - HI, Mr.Wiggles is doing great! He is almost done with doggy school.His first day the teacher wanted to take him home.He is a big hit with all who meet him.He met his vet last week and all is well.The vet couldn't get over how good he is.He loves to ride in the car.We got him and Lucy new beds.They sleep right next to each other in the family room and like to be touching.He is such a great fit in our family!We just love him! Bye till next month UPDATE 4/6/10 - Mr.Wiggles Tucker is doing great.When he came home here he walked in the door and my boxer Lucy gave him alot of kisses!They get along great.In the week he has been here he plays with alot of toys,they go to the gun club and met alot of new people.On easter we had family and all the kids just loved him.He plays in are big yard.And is loving life.He is a perfect fit for our family just like I thought he would be. 3/31/10 - I was adopted today! 3/20/2010- Well Mr Wiggles is doing much better now the hematoma has started to absorb into his body and the swelling has gone down greatly. He is such a sweet heart and is looking for a forever home. He is full of wiggles and loves to play with humans and the other dogs! Considering he was abandoned outside in the cold he loves it outside in the yard. Oh yeah he loves to drink the cold water from the toilet, eeewww. Good thing I dont put any chemicals in there and keep it clean! Now my dogs have been drinking outta the darn toilet too, monkey see monkey do lol! He has not come in contact with my cat but has been in contact with cats at kim's house and at the vets I think he will do well. He seems to get along with everything! He loves to curl up on the couch with the other dogs. Also I have had little progress with crating him but feel he is fine with out a crate i leave him home out of the crate and he has not gotten into any trouble. There are no signs of counter surfing or garbage eating. Wiggles is an all around great dog. He definitely would be an asset to any home! 03/13/10- Well Mr. Wiggles went through his neuter fine but woke up too soon and wiggled too much and caused a massive hematoma in the sack soooo......he is on anti inflammatory and antibiotics. The vet wants me to call on Monday to update him on Wiggles progress. He was in the office today to check his undercarriage and didn't even care there were cats there walking around just ignored them. He is such a good boy and everyone at the vets office is in love with him. They all want to adopt him lol! If I didn't have 5 dogs he'd be mine all mine! Well, Wiggles needs to go out again so I will write more as he gets better. 3/8/2010- Well Mr. Wiggles went to the vet for his check up and passed with flying colors! Soooooo....... he goes in on the 11th for his neuter, yeah maybe he will stop trying to mount the other dogs here lol! This dog is such a sweet heart considering someone left him in a field to die basically when he was found his body temp was only 85 degrees the local vet gave him warm iv fluids and antibiotics, and now he is on his way to a new life. If I didn't have so many dogs he would stay right here with me! More to come on this sweet boxer boy once he is neutered! 03/02/10 - Well thanks to a lot of people including Kim, Steph and Mike, Mr. Wiggles is here in Niagara Falls! He is a little under weight still but will be getting lots of nourishment and lovins. Kim did a wonderful job getting him to the point of living again he is well adjusted and loves everyone and everything! He is in general population with my 5 dogs and in heaven. He needs to go in for a quick check up and then get neutered, hopefully he weighs enough and is healthy enough. I think Kim said he weighs in at 59 lbs but you can still see his ribs. Wiggles is such a mush face and a real sweet heart, Mike his chauffeur from East Syracuse to Buffalo almost kept him well he was tempted lol! Wiggles wont be here long once he is neutered and in good health so get your apps in quickly! |
