| UPDATE 9/3/10 - Jazz is doing well. She had her first vet appointment a couple weeks ago. Had to take her a couple days early due to incision from being fixed didnt look good. And we were right she had an infection. After 7 days of medication , and the dreaded cone she all better. Not sure who liked the cone less Jazz or her companion Rocco. Also, got her the lime vaccination. Goes for the booster next week. Starts obedience training on the 11th of Sept. She has formed a bond with our 8 yr old son. He loves her to death. The heat in the last few days has taken a little bit of her energy away. She is a great addition to our family . Very loving . Boy , does she like to lick, and her little nub never stops . UPDATE 8/13/10 - Jazz as we call her now , has been a perfect fit. Never thought we would find a dog that had enough energy to keep up with our Rocco. She did not know how to play ball or anything when we got her .She mastered that quick, still working on getting her to bring ball back. She is a very affectionate dog. Listens very well , and has been everything we wanted. She goes for her first vet appointment Monday. 8/6/10 - I was adopted today! 6/2/10 - My name is Electra for Electrifying! My FM says she's never seen such a fast and constant wiggle butt. She says I must be "Plugged In". I had a very long ride to get to NH but it was worth the trip. There are beautiful green trees, and lots of sunshine too. I have, not two, but three dogs to play with and three cats to chase, I don't know what to do first!?!?!? Playing is my passion. I love to "eat" that's my second passion. For a small girl I am strong like bull. Fm says I need to learn not to jump up, and slow down when I go for walks. Am just so excited, I just love life. I am very smart and I learn quickly though, in the short time I have been here I am already learning not to jump, I don't bolt out of my crate until I am told it is ok, and I sit and wait till FM says it is ok to come out of the fenced yard. I am such an awesome girl. If I do say so myself. I would love a family to call my own, but no couch potatoes please, after all I am Electra the Electrifying and looking for a fun filled life. I am very busy you know so i gotta go. But please take time to look at me. |
