| 5/2/10 - I was adopted today!!!! 4/30/2010 Brutus was neutered on the 23rd and all went well he is healing fine and already trying to jump and play with the other dogs! One thing I have learned about Brutus is he loves his humans and hates for them to leave. He sometimes acts out , like yesterday I left for about an hour and forgot to put the bag of potatoes up and guess what the bag was flung all over the house there were potatoes everywhere lol! Also he was having some difficulty with accidents in the house (peeing) dont know if he was marking or just not doing his business outside but now that he has been neutered he has not had an accident once. Yeah for Brutus. He adores my daughter and gets so excited when ever she walks in the house, after school coming in from the yard whenever I swear even I dont get as many wiggles as her and I went and got him lol! Needless to say Brutus is ready for a forever home and would love to be with other dogs and kids to play with, he might have some separation anxiety at first but I have been working with him to let him know I am not leaving forever. I am still trying to get him to pose for some pics but he is too fast of a mover and they all come out blurry but I will keep on trying! 4/23/2010 - Well Brutus went to the vet today and checked out wonderful, no heartworm and he's now UTD on all shots. He enjoyed himself there with all the attention he got, but little does he know what will happen Monday when he goes back.... Neuter time! All in all Brutus is a great dog and will fit in anywhere and everywhere! I have had him for about a week now and, unfortunately, have been in and out of the hospital so it took me awhile to get this report and vet visit done, sorry! If you are looking for a sweetheart of a dog who listens well, wants to be cuddled, and please his owner, please consider adopting Brutus. He is a dream come true! |
