| 6/28/09 - I found a home!!!!! 6/10/09 - Here's a little update on how I've been doing lately. So far, I'm likin' livin' with my FM. Every day, she takes me out to the park to let me run loose. Fm says I'm a perfect all-round boxer. She has no complaints, except she grunts when I have gas. LOL. I gotta air it out ya know. LOL. I met up with some little lap dogs and I did fine with them. Sometimes I think I can be a little rough with them but FM watches me and she lets me know when I need to be gentle with them. I don't have much to add except I'm waiting for a loving home who would love to spoil me. I'm not a barker, however, I do bark when someone is at the door. I dont jump on people. I do jump up n down when my FM walks thru the door after being gone all day. She knows how to get me all excited. I would jump in circles over and over an over til she asks me to calm down. I'm just a happy boy. 5/30/09 -Hello Everyone. It's been few days since and I'm progressing nicely. Today I went visit my FM's brother's place which had 4 acres of land. I had fun runnin' and it felt good to be able to run freely. I really do like to run! I hope my future new family has a nice peice of land for me to run freely. I also like dogs of all sizes. My FM learned that I'm skittish with men. She thinks something must have happened in my past that makes me skittish when there's men around. I've not bitten anyone since living with my FM and I hope never will. I can't say if I've ever have bitten anyone. In all, I'm a pretty nice dawg tho. I also like to sleep under the blanket. I feel safe being under the covers. The other day my FM bought me new squeaky toys and I'm starting to like to play with my toys now. I'm learning to like to fetch as well. I want to say my FM been great at taking care of me. She talks to me all the time which I liked the attention. Lots n lots of kisses I get from her and her family. I also like car ride and I go with her wherever she goes. I enjoy stickin my head out the window with breeze brushin' my face. So far so good. -Trooper 5/25/09 - I had a long fun day today. Me and FM went to her family's camp for the day. I was greeted by Gunner (Goldie Retr.) a 3 yrd old. We came fast friends. Know what? Gunner cudnt keep up with me when chasing and he's only 3! and I'm going on 6 next month. Anyway, we chased a long time. It was a lot of fun running in circles. I then saw water and I went right for it. I walked around the dock and got close to the water. I loved water, know why? because this afternoon my fm and her neice went paddlin boat together and I watched them take off from the dock then about 50 ft distance, I ran and leaped into the lake and swum towards my fm. My fm had to make a turn to tell me to turn around and go back to the shore and I did. So, guess fm learned I love water afterall. I got lots of kisses from her family and it was nice. My day today was a lot of fun and now I'm tired and am restin. Good nite and will write soon. Oh, what ya think of the pic? Don't I look gorgeous? 5/24/09 - Man, oh man, my new foster mom is so AWESOME!!. She took me straight to the park and we stayed a good hour in the drizzle. Then she took me to Dairy Joy and got me child size vanilla ice cream. That was GOOOOOOD! Then I went to my new foster home. I behaved well coming out of the car. She let me sniff around the lot for a bit before coming into the house. Then I was greeted by 2 cats facing at me thru glass door. They were kinda interesting to look at and I didnt bark once. I had cats I was living with during the first 2 yrs so, it didnt shock me. I think fm is happy about that. One of them did hiss at me loudly but I didnt chase or show any aggression towards them. Well, here I am and I think I'm liking it here so far. My previous mom lets me have my secuity blanket which is nice I miss her but I know she means well and wants me to have the best home I deserves. So far so good. Tmw I'm going to fm's family camp for the day. Well fm says I gotta go. Need to start working on "Top box". Will write again soon and post some pics too. |
