| UPDATE 12/21/09 - I have got to know my new family and I think they will do just fine. I walk 3 times a day, have the run of the house,my own yard and a place grump calls camp where they let me run and sniff all I want. At private school my teacher has many dogs and I can't wait to go. I did get in trouble counter serfing I guess they are slow because they keep leaving bread for me. I have had two adventures to my aunts house and realy like walking the Back cove trail where I have never seen so many dogs. My new parents said they realy like me and want to thank you folks for putting us together. 11/19/09 - I was adopted today! 10/19/09 - Scotch (or as I call him, Scotchie) is an absolute pleasure to have around!!!! He loves to ride in the car. I try to bring him with me whenever I can and when I can’t he goes right in his kennel without hesitation. He loves to curl up on the couch with you or wrestle around with you on the floor and when you tell him it is time to stop wrestling around and time to be easy he will settle down and give you kisses. He is very eager to please!! Get your applications in for this wonderful dog!!! 10/06/09 - Scotch arrived a little over a week ago and he is doing great. As with all boxers he loves attention and cuddling. A few things he does not like are cats and rabbits!!!! He is very curious about them and is a bit too rough with them!! He does not need to be crated when alone but since he doesn’t like the cat and rabbit I do crate him when I leave. He does not get on the furniture unless you tell him it is ok (which I always tell him it is ok to sit with me on the couch). He sleeps on the dog bed next to my bed at night but I usually tell him it’s ok to get up on the bed in the middle of the night. Get your applications in, he won’t be around long!! |
