| UPDATE 7/20/09 - Brady (Bowdoin) is doing great. We started obedience school 3 weeks ago and he seems to be catching on pretty quickly. We are still working on perfecting come (when he is distracted) and stay. Brady loves to be around people. He is our shadow! He has recently discovered our front closed-in porch, which he enjoys. His favorite spot is right in front of the door where the sun pours in. He is becoming much more independent and now enjoys not only playing with us, but playing alone inside and outside! He is even playing well with other dogs. He is exhausted after his playdates! He is growing quickly, which is both sad and exciting. I am looking forward to bringing him to the vet again to see how much weight he has gained! 6/13/09 - Bowdoin, very happily, walked out of here with a new mom and dad today! 5/23/09 - Bowdoin arrived from one of our favorite shelters. He is the cutest little fawn boy. He is extremely under weight so will be on a weight gain program here. He gets along great with all the other dogs. He loves people and would love to be a lap dog. He is doing pretty well in the crate and kept it clean two nights in a row. Bowdoin is settling in nicely, once he gains some weight he will be ready for adoption. Bowdoin must go to a home where someone is home all day as he is just a baby. |
