| UPDATE 3/12/10 - Hello, again! It's me, Allie. I was kind of a quiet girl when I first got here, but I'm growing more and more comfortable as the days go on. I really like playing with my skin siblings and now that the weather is nice, I've been going jogging with mom and spending weekends at the beach. I LOVE to chase seagulls! Have a great summer, everyone! UPDATE 12/17/09 - Well, it is as if Allie has been with us all her life. She is now completely at home in our home, which is clear whenever she snuggles up on our living room couch! Allie is sweet and gentle, but loves to run, run, run. She listens to all her commands and is great on-lead. We've recently tried her off-lead at the beach and she did really well. At first she was a little hesitant, but once she realized it was okay, she really enjoyed the freedom. She and my kids have become fast friends. Even caught her "giving" her favorite toy to my 8 month old son who was laying on the floor. What a wonderful addition to our family! 9/12/09 - Allie has been adopted! 9/6/09 Allie has been here a week now and what a gentle loving girl she is. She also came to us will the best manners possible. Knows all her commands and listens. She loves to snuggle. Will greet you at the door with kisses and wiggles. Get your applications in fast. This girl will not be around long!! Allie and Dougie were surrendered from a very loving home but, due to changing circumstances, they needed to find a good home for the pair. I am sure her wish is to be with her brother, but I know she would adjust wonderfully if that's not possible. 8/31/09 - This young girl is a real looker, and such a flirt. I took her to the dog park on Sunday and she had all the dogs following her around. Once they started to get pushy with her she just came to me [with the gang] and looked for some protection. They were all gentlemen, especially when her brother showed up. They really are a great pair. They have pretty much settled in and are real happy dogs. Whom ever adopts these guys will be real lucky |
